I'm interested in visual communication and storytelling, whether through a line, abstract drawing or a photo realistic environment to set the scene. 

 

I have been retouching photographs for seven plus years as a freelancer and an artist. In 2017, I completed the Digital Matte Painting Diploma Program at the Vancouver Animation School (VANAS). In 2013, I completed the Summer Residency in Illustration at the School for Visual Arts (SVA) and took continuing education courses where I developed my digital painting skills. I received my BFA in painting from Pratt Institute in 2005. I have continuously worked as a freelance illustrator and an artist assistant.

After living in Brooklyn since 2001, I relocated to Richmond, Va this past year. In addition to the arts, biking, hiking and my cats make my world go round.
